The short answer
An Astro business website follows the same fixed-fee routes as Nerdster's other website builds: £999 inc VAT for a focused five-page Starter Site or £1,500 to £2,500 inc VAT for an 8 to 12 page copy-led Business Site. Astro is suited to content and marketing sites that need very small page payloads, strong Core Web Vitals, straightforward hosting and clean technical SEO. The finished source code and content belong to the client, and standard Business Sites normally go live within 3 to 4 weeks.

What is Astro and why should I care?
Astro is a web framework suited to content-led and marketing websites. It can deliver pages as HTML and add JavaScript where interaction needs it. This Nerdster Design site is built with Astro; performance still depends on the design, content and integrations.
Is Astro better than WordPress?
It depends on the content, editing workflow and integrations. We build both and will recommend the approach that fits the job, rather than treating an Astro rebuild as the answer to every WordPress problem.
Will Astro help my SEO?
Astro supports a lean technical foundation, but no framework guarantees rankings or passing Core Web Vitals. We work on structure, metadata and performance, then check the finished site. Search visibility also depends on useful content and the competition for each query.
Can I still edit content on an Astro site?
Yes — we wire up a simple CMS for the content you'll actually change, so you get static-site speed with easy editing. No FTP, no code.
Can you migrate my WordPress site to Astro?
Yes. We plan the content, URL mapping and redirects as part of the migration scope, alongside editing needs and integrations. Rankings cannot be guaranteed through a migration; the plan is to preserve useful content and routes and check the finished site.
