KAM Freights
KAM Freights is an independent freight forwarder near Heathrow, shipping air, sea and road to Africa, the Middle East and over 100 countries since 1982. We designed and built a site that does the selling, plus we host and manage it, so prospects can understand the service and request a quote without picking up the phone.
The challenge
Freight buyers compare forwarders quickly and they want specifics: routes, modes, customs, the specialist handling they need. KAM's edge as an independent is direct, personal service, but that's hard to convey on a site that's really just a brochure. They needed something that explained the breadth of what they do and made it easy to start a quote.
Our approach
We built a clean, professional site structured around how shippers think: air, sea and road freight, warehousing, customs clearance, and the specialist services like dangerous goods, pharmaceutical cold chain and AOG that win the harder jobs. A prominent quote-request form turns interest into a real enquiry without a phone call. Destination and sector pages answer the obvious questions, and the independent-forwarder positioning runs throughout. We manage the hosting and business email, and the Google Ads and SEO that bring the right shippers in.

The outcome
The site now works as a sales tool rather than a brochure. It lays out the full service, speaks to the industries KAM handles, and lets a shipper request a quote in a couple of clicks. One studio runs the site, the hosting, the email and the campaigns behind it.
