RPS Bullion
RPS Bullion is a UK precious-metals dealer selling gold, silver, platinum and palladium in bars and coins, plus a sell-your-gold service, with three generations of trade behind it. We designed and built the online store, and we host and manage it, on a site where credibility has to be obvious before anyone buys.
The challenge
Bullion is a high-value, high-trust purchase. A first-time buyer is nervous about price, about delivery, about whether the dealer is even legitimate, and the site has to settle all of that before they'll commit. RPS needed a proper e-commerce storefront that felt secure and established, with live pricing and clear guidance for people new to investing.
Our approach
We built a full e-commerce site with a product catalogue, quantity selectors, cart and accounts, alongside a live precious-metals price display so buyers see current rates right on the page. The heritage and the educational content (a beginner's guide, ID requirements, why invest in gold, an FAQ) do the trust-building. A VAT-free buying flow and a clear sell-gold path cover both sides of the trade. We run the secure hosting and business email so the whole thing stays fast, safe and looked-after.

The outcome
